Video from the Culture Project Impact 2012 Immigration Panel

On July 18th, the New York Immigration Coalition partnered with the Culture Project during their 2012 Impact Festival on a panel about immigration policy, activism and art in the context of the upcoming election. The panelists included Define American founder Jose Antonio Vargas,  featured on the June cover of TIME (along with the story of nearly 12 million undocumented Americans), New York Immigration Coalition deputy executive director Karen Kaminsky, poet/painter/performer Iyaba Ibo Mandingo, United We Dream managing director Cristina Jimenez. and Applied Research Center/Colorlines Magazine president, Rinku Sen.
