NYIC and 15,000 New Yorkers Said We're #HereToStay - this is just the beginning.
NYIC's members, partners and supporters made up 15,000 marchers who sent a clear message that immigrants are welcome here and that we are ready to fight for and protect immigrants in the wake of the threats that President-elect Trump made during his campaign.
NYIC supporters carry our banner down 5th avenue to the Trump Tower on Sunday, November 13th. For more photos, click here.
This is just the beginning. In the following days, weeks, and months, please stay tuned for plans from the NYIC, which will include community town halls, hotlines, informational resources, and more. We’ll need your help to volunteer, join our email list for information or donate to support this critical work. And we'll keep hitting the streets to fight for immigrant communities; you can count on us.
