The New York Immigration Coalition congratulates Dulce Matuz, a DREAMer and advocate, who was listed as one of TIME magazine's 100 most influential people of 2012! Dulce graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in electrical engineering, and continues to fight for the passage of the DREAM Act.
